Services
Property Marketing Kit provides marketing production and campaign services. Specific deliverables, timelines, and fees are defined in the proposal or agreement for each engagement.
No guarantee of results
We do not guarantee that a property will sell, lease, receive offers, or achieve any particular level of inquiries, showings, traffic, or price. Marketing outcomes depend on price, condition, location, competition, and market conditions outside our control.
Client responsibilities
The client is responsible for the accuracy of property information, required disclosures, licensing, and compliance with MLS rules, brokerage policies, Fair Housing, and applicable advertising regulations. The client warrants that it holds the rights to all media supplied to us.
AI-assisted content
AI-assisted copy, imagery, and any likeness or avatar media are produced only with the client's written authorization and approved source material. AI-assisted content is reviewed with the client before publication and does not replace required disclosures or represent unverified property conditions.
Intellectual property
Upon full payment, the client receives a license to use the delivered marketing assets for the marketing of the specified property. Underlying templates, systems, and workflows remain the property of AI Strategist Hub.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the services is limited to the amount paid for the engagement giving rise to the claim.
